Prior to joining Ascendant Capital Partners, Eric Calder was the Co-Chief Investment Officer of Dune Real Estate Partners, a New York City-based real estate investment firm. At Dune, he was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and led over $6 billion in transactions across the residential, retail, industrial, office and hospitality sectors.

Associate

Henry Allen joined Ascendant Capital Partners in 2025 as an Associate and is responsible for underwriting the Firm’s acquisition activities and supporting asset management across its portfolio. Prior to joining Ascendant, Henry was an Analyst at Northwood Investors in New York, where he underwrote over $3 billion of real estate transactions across asset classes and the capital stack. Henry graduated from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate.
