At Dune, he was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and led over $6 billion in transactions across the residential, retail, industrial, office and hospitality sectors.

Fund Accounting Manager

Keana Mortensen joined Ascendant Capital Partners in 2025 and currently serves as Fund Accounting Manager. She is primarily responsible for the review and reconciliation of external and internal financial reporting. Prior to joining Ascendant Capital Partners, Keana worked at Deloitte & Touche as an Audit and Assurance Manager, serving public and private clients in real estate and investment management.

Keana graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
